  • Remote support via VPN access
    M.R help desk can remotely resolve almost 75% of technical issues logged without an onsite visit being required. All Mac and Windows hardware and operating systems are supported. Other 3rd party software can also be included in your maintenance contract.
  • Telephone support
    Before we log on remotely we always try to resolve any issues by guiding you through any quick fixes.
  • On-site support
    Our fully qualified technicians will be available to visit your site to resolve any problems that cannot be fixed remotely. They will be available at short notice with a guaranteed response time of, 4, 8 or 24 hours of a working day, depending on your SLA. A guaranteed fix time is given for computer hardware problems and if no fix is possible loan equipment is provided. Printers can also be included in any service contract you decide on.

    Whether Mac OS, Windows or Linux we can support your OS and hardware needs. We can also integrate your various platforms into an efficient network environment.
  • Response times to suit you
    You decide what response time you need for your various business critical/non-critical needs. 4, 8 or 24 hour onsite response times. Any issues that can be resolved remotely can be responded to usually within 30 minutes.
